MEET CHOCOLATIER KEVIN MORRISON
Making chocolates started as a Christmas hobby for Kevin. Sending boxes of delicious treats to family members and friends became an annual event while he honed his craft. After years of this he decided to make it a small business and expand to selling locally in town and at Farmers Markets.
Kevin's chocolates are made with the best quality chocolate and ingredients, they are a perfect treat to share with family and friends (or not share at all...). They are delicious and decadent.

The Chocolate
QUALITY FRENCH ARTISAN CHOCOLATE
All of this year's chocolate is sourced form a french artisan chocolate company, Valrhona.
Dark: Caraque 56% Balanced with notes of nuts, dried fruit & cocoa Caraque 56% is characterized by balanced acidic, slightly bitter and nutty notes that yield to hints of dried fruit and strong cocoa.
Milk: Jivara 40% Jivara Lactee is from the Valrhona Marriage de Grand Crus collection. The original composition of each of the chocolates in the Marriage de Grand Crus collection is the reason for their unique and rich taste. Jivara Lactee milk chocolate is 40% cacao. This chocolate is created from Ecuadorian cacao beans, whole milk, brown sugar and a touch of malt. The taste is creamy with a light finish.
White: Ivoire 35% Made of 35% cocoa butter and 21.5% milk, Valrhona Ivorie is a lightly sweet white chocolate with a very fine consistency.
Other: Caramelia 36% Sweet caramel delicacy Unlike caramel flavored milk chocolates made with caramelized sugar, Caramélia 36% couverture uses genuine dairy-based caramel. The result is a particularly silky smooth milk chocolate that has clear cocoa notes woven together with vibrant hints of salted butter caramel.
